id=\"paragraph9\" name=\"paragraph9\" rows=\"7\" placeholder=\"F\u00fcr die Teilnahme an der Waffensachkundeschulung gelten folgende Bedingungen: - Die Teilnehmerin \/ der Teilnehmer sind mindestens 16 Jahre alt. - Bei Teilnehmern unter 18 Jahren brauchen wir die Einverst\u00e4ndnis der Erziehungsberechtigten. - Die Teilnehmerin \/ der Teilnehmer sind Mitglied in einem anerkannten Schie\u00dfsportverband und somit \u00fcber den Verband versichert (Alternativ kann f\u00fcr den praktischen Teil eine Tagesversicherung abgeschlossen werden, diese kostet 2,-\u20ac\/Schie\u00dftag) - Oder Die Teilnehmerin \/ der Teilnehmer legen den Nachweis \u00fcber eine private Haftpflichtversicherung vor welche auch den Schie\u00dfsport abdeckt (ggf. bei Versicherer nachfragen!) - Es liegt kein Waffenverbot nach \u00a7 41 - Waffengesetz (WaffG) gegen die Teilnehmerin \/ den Teilnehmer vor - Die erfolgreiche Teilnahme an der Waffensachkunde ist mit einer Anwesenheitspflicht verbunden. Nur bei vollst\u00e4ndiger Anwesenheit bei allen Unterrichtseinheiten darf die Urkunde, laut Gesetzgeber, vom Pr\u00fcfungsausschuss erteilt werden.   - Die Teilnehmerin \/ der Teilnehmer erkl\u00e4ren sich damit einverstanden, dass die Schulungsgeb\u00fchr bei kurzfristigem nicht Antreten zur Schulung, bei Abbruch der Schulung oder bei nicht bestandener Pr\u00fcfung nicht r\u00fcckerstattet wird. Die Hinderungsgr\u00fcnde sind dabei nicht relevant. - Bei einer rechtzeitigen Absage, mindestens 14 Tage vor Kursbeginn, kann die Schulungsgeb\u00fchr r\u00fcckerstattet werden. - Die Schulungsgeb\u00fchr muss mindestens 21 Tage vor Kursbeginn \u00fcberwiesen werden. - Die Schulungsgeb\u00fchr von 190,-\u20ac beinhaltet: mindestens 22 Unterrichtseinheiten a 45min, die Pr\u00fcfung, den vom BSSB empfohlenen Schulungsordner, eine pauschale Standgeb\u00fchr f\u00fcr den Kurszeitraum und die Munition f\u00fcr den praktischen Teil. Die Ausstellung von Zahlungsbelegen\/Quittungen erfolgt auf Wunsch bei Kursantritt. - Die f\u00fcr den praktischen Teil ben\u00f6tigten Waffen werden kostenfrei zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt - Ein geplanter Termin f\u00fcr die Waffensachkundeschulung kann erst ab einer Mindestteilnehmerzahl von 8 Personen best\u00e4tigt werden. Die maximale Teilnehmerzahl betr\u00e4gt 25 Personen. - Der Lehrgangsleiter beh\u00e4lt sich vor den Kurs bei kurzfristiger Absage mehrerer Teilnehmer abzusagen oder zu verschieben.  Datenschutz bzw. Weitergabe von Daten: - Die oben angegebenen Daten werden ausschlie\u00dflich zum Zwecke der Durchf\u00fchrung der Waffensachkunde- Schulung und Pr\u00fcfung erfasst und nicht an hier nicht genannte Dritte weitergegeben. Die Teilnehmerin\/der Teilnehmer erlaubt mit seiner Unterschrift jedoch ausdr\u00fccklich die Weitergabe der personenbezogenen Daten, des Pr\u00fcfungsergebnisses und der Anwesenheitsliste an den Bayerischen Sportsch\u00fctzenbund (BSSB) und die zust\u00e4ndige Waffenbeh\u00f6rde sowie deren Eintrag in das zentrale Register des BSSB.
